About Karen
Karen grew up in New York City and spent the early part of her career on Wall Street. In 1998 she and her young family moved to London and never left. She calls both cities home and loves their parks, theatre and (when she gets to them) art exhibitions. Karen lives in Chiswick with her barrister husband and their three now teenage children.
Experience
Karen has been coaching senior managers and management teams for over 15 years as both an executive coach and in her previous roles as Head of Human Resources and Head of Learning and Development for JP Morgan Asset Management EMEA.
Training & Qualifications
Karen has completed the Coach's Programme at The School of Coaching in London (founded by Myles Downey). It is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the EMCC at Senior Practitioner Level (Level 7). She has a BA in Economics from Wellesley College, USA.
